Diora Kastrati, a graduate in Food Technology and Biotechnology from the University of Prishtina, began her career through a 3-month internship program organized by IADK.

Following a soft skills training, Diora completed her professional internship at Trepharm, where she primarily engaged in laboratory work. She played a key role in product safety and quality analyses, contributing to compliance with international standards. Today, Diora is employed at Trepharm, thanks to the professional skills she acquired during her internship.
