Within the framework of the activity for services "Providers of short-term course training," training is currently underway for 'Milky' qualification, a A professional program aimed at developing theoretical and practical skills of participants in the milk processing sector.
So far, two modules of this training, during which participants were engaged in the implementation of hygiene and food safety procedures, the use of equipment technological measures, occupational safety measures, and environmental protection practices, as well as in milk processing processes that require precise control of temperature and safe treatment to guarantee the quality of the final product.
The training is being attended by 20 participants and is carried out by professional trainers of IADK, ensuring high quality teaching and full compliance with labor market demands, and food industry standards.
This training will continue in the coming days, by directly contributed to the training of professional staff, the increase of food security and strengthening opportunities for sustainable employment in the milk processing sector in Kosovo.
