Within the framework of the project "Creating working conditions in rural areas and increasing cooperation between communities," a project funded by the Canadian Embassy, 10 training sessions were held in goat milk processing and cheese production, attended by two recipients of basic equipment for cheese production from goat's milk, one from the Albanian community and the other from the Serbian community.
The training topics were:
- The history of cheese making
- Personal hygiene
- Taking notes during the work process
- Object and necessary equipment for processing
- Steps for making cheese
- Gauda cheese
- Fatty Cheese
- Cheese with parsley
- The importance of the label on cheese packaging
- The importance of standardization
The goal of the trainings is to increase the quality of the cheese as well as to improve market access.
