On the date 22.09.2022, we had the honor and pleasure to accompany the Executive Director for Asia and Europe from the Danish Refugee Council (DRC), Mr. Gerry Garvey, and Ms. Kristen Stec, director at the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) office in Kosovo, visited beneficiary Ms. Resmije Sylejmani in the food processing sector within the project "Supporting Social Entrepreneurship and Promoting Socio-Economic Empowerment in Minority Communities in Kosovo" and visited the recycling center in the Roma neighborhood as part of the project "Strengthening the Recycling Value Chain in South Mitrovica."
The honored guests, besides being informed by us about the implementation and success of the projects, as well as the situation of agriculture in Kosovo, had theopportunity to learnclosely about the achievements of the project beneficiaries themselves.
All these beneficiaries represent small entrepreneurs who play a vital role in the growth and promotion of socio-economic empowerment in Kosovo!
