The rational use of water, fertilizers, and pesticides, as well as the implementation of good agricultural practices help farmers increase yields, improvement of quality and protection of waters from pollution.
For this purpose, within the framework of the Technical Support for Agriculture activity in Kosovo, the IWRM-K Program, IADK]/Epicentar in cooperation with the company supplier of mandatory equipment, conducted training for 40 beneficiaries of the program. Experts have provided training on the rational use of waste through the use of a fertilizer (Ventur), utilizing the necessary irrigation based on meteorological data through appropriate stations and the assessment of PH/EC through appropriate equipment.
Farmers of the IWRM-K program will continue to benefit from support with advice, grants, and monitoring aimed at increasing production and quality of At the same time, the reduction of pollution in Kosovo's rivers.
