TRAINING FOR WOMEN FROM THE SERBIAN AND EGYPTIAN COMMUNITIES BY THE MUNICIPALITY OF KLINA IN THE FIELD OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

IADK completed a 4-day training in Business Management with trainer Besnik Demiri in the town of Klina, as part of the project "Seeds of Empowerment / Women in Agriculture," supported by the Jahjaga Foundation

This activity was organized for the women of the Serbian and Egyptian communities of the Municipality of Klina. The group of 11 participants attended trainings on topics such as: Business Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Business Plan Preparation

At the end of the training, successful participants were awarded certificates of participation.
