Within the framework of the project "Improving Employment and Opportunities for Income Generation in the Rural Areas of Kosovo," a three-year project (2023-2025]), funded by the donor Bread for the World (BfdW) from Germany, this year as well, we IADK are implementing a practical work program for students in the agriculture and food technology program. With the two groups of students (a total of 30 students), 5 days of training sessions on soft skills have been conducted, which will help them gain easier access to the labor market.
In addition to training and certification, selected students will be placed in practical work in private companies engaged in agricultural production and agro-processing. The three-month internship in these companies will enable them to gain new professional experiences and increase employment opportunities.
