After successful completion of a five (5) day training on soft skills, students were certified and possess the necessary knowledge for competition in today's labor market.
Students are now competent in drafting a professional CV, possessing basic knowledge of marketing, management, and communication effective.
With the aim of obtaining practical work experiences, these young graduates in sciences agricultural and food technology sectors will be placed in practical work in a 3-month period in various companies or institutions, which are interconnected in their field of study.
This activity has been implemented within the framework of the project "Improving employment and opportunities for generation" of income in rural areas of Kosovo", a three-year project (2020-2022]), funded by the donor Bread for the World (BfdW) from Germany.
