Announcement for professional training for job seekers

Organization "The Initiative for the Development of Agriculture of Kosovo" (IADK) is implementing the project "Support in the employment of youth and women in rural areas through the development of agriculture", a two-year project (2020-2022) of supported by the European Union Office in Kosovo. The project includes the municipalities of South Mitrovica and Shtime.

In Within the framework of the project activities, support for job seekers is planned registered with professional training in the "Self-Employment" course. Through this training, ten will be organized (10) professional training days at the respective centers for professional training for 45 registered job seekers.

During the training, registered job seekers will be equipped with about the above-mentioned topic and will prepare a business plan with agricultural ideas where 23 out of 45 job seekers registered (4 beneficiaries selected from the previous call will be supported from this call) have the opportunity to be financially supported with grants worth €3,000 (self-employment) and €5,000 (start-up).

THE CRITERIA THAT MUST BE MET ARE:

· Residents of the municipalities: South Mitrovica and Shtime;

· Job Seeker registered at the employment office (priority will be given to those who are in a waiting list for a longer period);

· To young people aged 18 to 30 are motivated to apply and be beneficiaries;

· Women (priority will be given to women heads of households) and groups in positions of unfavorable are also encouraged to apply and receive support;

· Heads of households of the family, those with lower family incomes, and families who live in under difficult economic conditions;

· Only candidates who show willingness to participate in all steps (training, testing, certification, application, consulting, and monitoring), will be considered;

· Advantages will be given to applicants who have the conditions, ideas, and interest in agriculture and rural development;

· Candidates who lack training, education, and professional skills.

NOTE: Candidates who already have applied and rejected are not allowed to reapply. Applicants must be lead candidates of the project and not applicants for third-party beneficiaries who do not receive Share directly, but they benefit from the support indirectly.
