Organization "The Initiative for the Development of Agriculture of Kosovo" (IADK) is implementing the project "Creation of jobs in agriculture" an 18-month project (2020-2022). The project is funded by the European Union through the IPA cross-border cooperation program between Montenegro and Kosovo. The project activities in the Montenegrin section will be implemented by The capital Podgorica, while in the part of Kosovo (Peja and Istog), the implementing body of project activities is IADK.
In Within the framework of the project activities, support for the young students with practical work, as an opportunity for employment or self-employment. Through this activity, prior to Five (5) days of professional soft skills training are organized. After the completion of trainings, students will be placed in practical work in companies that deal with the collection, cultivation, drying, processing, and export of medicinal plants and aromatic or non-timber forest products. These activities will be implemented in cooperation with closely with the respective municipalities where the project is located.
Therefore, young students of the agriculture and agro-processing program are invited , to apply for job engagement a practice that fits their profession. During the implementation of the project, A total of 20 young students with practical work are supported. During the internship For a period of 3 months, youth/students will receive compensation on a basis monthly to cover travel and food expenses. Candidates of must meet the basic criteria specified in the project.
THE BASIC CRITERIA THAT CANDIDATES MUST MEET ARE:
a) Students who have graduated (at least at the bachelor level) in the fields of agriculture and agro-processing;
b) Students who are unemployed and have not completed an internship before;
c) Students who express willingness/commitment to participate in training and practical work in companies/agribusinesses;
