Organization "The Initiative for the Development of Agriculture of Kosovo" (IADK) is implementing the project "Support for youth employment and women in rural areas through agricultural development" a two-year project (2020-2022), supported by the European Union Office in Kosovo. The project includes the following municipalities: South Mitrovica and Shtime.
In Within the framework of the project activities, support for students with practical work as an opportunity foremployment or self-employment. Through this activity, five (5) days of professional training in soft skills will be organized, and Students will be placed in paid internships companies, organizations, or relevant institutions that they have designated preliminary.
Students of the agricultural program are invited and food technology to apply for engagement in the internship program that fits their profession. During the two-year implementation of the project, A total of twenty (20) students are supported with practical work, or ten (10) students in 2021 and ten (10) students in 2022. This group will engage in practical work in companies, institutions, and various organizations for a a period of three (3) months with monthly compensation to cover expenses of travel, food, and communication.
Candidates must meet the criteria specified by the project.
THE CRITERIA THAT MUST BE MET ARE:
a) Students from these municipalities: South Mitrovica and Shtime;
b) Students who have graduated or are in completion of studies in the field of agriculture (including food technology);
c) Unemployed students who have not previously undertaken practical work;
d) Students expressing commitment to participation in training and practical work in companies, institutions, and organizations;
e) Students women who are part of disadvantaged groups have priority;
f) Students who are registered as unemployed at the Employment Offices in the respective municipalities have priority.
g) Students that select companies with high employment potential have priority.
