INTERNSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT FOR STUDENTS

The organization "Initiative for Development" of Agriculture of Kosovo" (IADK]), is implementing the project "Improvement employment and opportunities for income generation in rural areas of Kosovo" a three-year project (2026-2028), supported by Donor Bread for the World from Germany.

During 2026 through The project plans to support 15 young people/students with employment practical, as an opportunity to facilitate access to the labor market. After the selection, 5 days will be organized with the students in advance soft skills trainings, which will be held at IADK and then will be are placed in practical work in agricultural and agro-processing companies.

IADK encourages youth/students of public and private universities (from the science program agricultural or food technology), who have completed or are close to upon completion of studies, apply for this opportunity to complete the internship in a job that fits their field of study. The selected students will need to find and complete practical work in private companies, the activity of which are related to their profession. During this 3-month period, They will receive compensation on a monthly basis to cover travel, food, and transportation expenses.

CRITERIA FOR APPLICATIONS, ARE:

Application is open to young people/students of agricultural sciences and technology food supplies from all municipalities of Kosovo that meet the following criteria:

· Graduates in recent years or currently in completion of studies;

· Unemployed students who have not completed work practice before;

· To demonstrate readiness and commitment to participation in training and practical work;
