Announcement for practical work for students
The organization "Initiative for Development" of Agriculture of Kosovo" (IADK]), is implementing the project "Improvement of employment and income generation opportunities in the rural areas of Kosovo" three-year project (2023-2025), supported by the donor Bread for the World from Germany.
During the years 2023/2024 through The project plans to support 60 young people/students with jobs as an opportunity foremployment or self-employment. After selection Students will first undergo 5 days of training in soft skills, after which they will be placed in practical work in agricultural and agro-processing companies.
Therefore Young people/students of public and private universities who have completed or close to completing studies in agricultural sciences or food technology, to apply for engagement in practical work that matches their profession. Students of selected will carry out practical work only in private companies, and during the internship for a period of 3 months, will receive a monthly compensation to cover the expenses of travel, food, and communication.
CRITERIA THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED TO APPLY:
a) Students interested in employment should be from these municipalities: Drenas, Gjilan, Klina, Fushë Kosovë, Kamenicë, Mitrovica, Lipjan, Obiliq, Rahovec, Peja, Podujeva, Prishtina, Prizren, Skenderaj, Shtime, Suhareka, Ferizaj, Viti, Vushtrri, Hani i Elezit, Mamushë, Junik, and Graçanica.
b) Students who have graduated years ago or who are finishing their studies in agriculture and technology food;
c) Unemployed students who have not completed an internship previously;
d) Students who express willingness/commitment to participate in training and practical work in agricultural and agro-processing companies;
