Today, in framework of the project for Sustainable and Inclusive Economic Development Rural (SIRED), Initiative for the Development of Agriculture in Kosovo (IADK), The Organic Agriculture Research Institute (FiBL) and Swiss Caritas launched the Guide for the Harvesting and Management of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants After Harvesting them.
This is an excellent practical guide for farmers and collectors throughout Kosovo, and offers recommendations and guidelines, easilyunderstandable to readers, from experts on producers to have high-quality products that minimize contamination.
