For a better understanding the role of investments in capacity building, it is essential to The building of capacities in all different aspects is clearly defined. Very often, the notion of capacity building is linked to the idea of growth or the development of skills and competencies.
Recognizing the importance of skill development, the staff of IADK has followed three days of training offered by expert Ms. Britta Schweighöfer. The trainings will influence the professionalization of the staff regarding design, the orientation of results and the impact of projects. Such trainings, enable the staff of IADK to be competent and accountable to donors and all other parties.
