IADK has organized two workshops to identify problems with which are faced by Vocational Training Centers, Employment Offices, and other actors who are connected to employment issues.
For the relevant actors from the South Mitrovica region the workshop was organized on February 2nd at the office of IADK, while for participants from the Shtime Region, the workshop was organized on 03 Briefly in the hall of the Shtime Municipal Assembly.
A total of 42 participants were present, who are connected close to the issue of employment as: leaders from Training Centers Professional, Employment Offices, Representatives from the Agricultural Offices, farmers from The municipalities of South Mitrovica and Shtime, as well as the staff of IADK
All participants contributed to the maximum in identifying obstacles with their ideas by providing recommendations on how to the needs of the target group (youth, women, and groups in disadvantage). The recommendations arising from these two workshops will be presented to you and will be sent to key actors such as the Employment Offices, the Agency of Employment, Vocational Training Centers, municipalities, and the respective ministries for further intervention.
This activity was carried out within the framework of the project "Support in the employment of youth and women in rural areas through the development of "agriculture", a project funded by the European Union in Kosovo.
