On the date 05.10.2023 in Gjinoc of Suhareka, IADK, in cooperation with the Association of Walnut and Hazelnut Growers, organized "Walnut Day."
The Kosovo Agriculture Development Initiative (IADK) is implementing the project "Empowering the Value Chain through Skills Development" funded by GIZ. Participation in this event was high. Farmers were the main pillars of this event. In addition to the large number of participants, representatives of the German Embassy were also present, Ms. Vera Bauman, the representative of the GIZ association Mr. Valmir Xhemaijli, the Mayor of Suhareka Municipality Mr. Bali Muharremaj, representatives of various associations, as well as farmers from different parts of Kosovo. During this event, the main theme was support and empowering farmers with knowledge about walnut cultivation. We thank all the participants who showed interest and were present at this event.
