IADK has begun implementing the project "Improving employment and opportunities for income generation in rural areas of Kosovo", a three-year project (2023-2025) funded by The BfdW donor from Germany, which will extend to the municipalities of: Vushtrri, Mitrovica, Skenderaj, Drenas, Suhareka, and Podujeva, and aims support with grants and professional training for farmers, women, youth, and students.
The project will be implemented in cooperation and co-financing with the aforementioned municipalities, with which IADK is signing Cooperation Agreements (MIA), and conditions are expected to be created for beneficiaries who, through agricultural activities, generate income that improves the socio-economic situation of the population, especially in the rural areas of Kosovo, where there will be an extension projects.
IADK has found the high willingness from the mayors, who have expressed interest to collaborate and co-finance projects that have an impact in increasing production and improving the well-being of the population in the areas rural.
