The Executive Director of IADK, Mr. Zenel Bunjaku, and Mr. Bedri Hamza, Mayor of the Municipality of Mitrovica, signed the agreement for cooperation in supporting the agriculture and food processing sector.
Through this project, the aim is to build capacities professional women, grant support to create conditions for income generation and self-employment, as well as promoting the inclusion of youth, women, and men from rural areas in agriculture.
To achieve better results for the beneficiaries and for the project to be successfully implemented, the project activities will be carried out in close cooperation with the Directorate Agriculture, Forestry, and Rural Development.
Mr. Hamza thanks IADK's work and commitment continuously offered to the municipality of Mitrovica and promised support for in the successful implementation of the project. The project "Empowering Youth and Women from the Areas rural through inclusion in agriculture and food processing" is supported by the Swiss donor CFD and co-financed by the Municipality of Mitrovica.
