With the aim of raising the service capacities of the shelters and the creation of an attractive offer tourist, it was signed the contract for the supply of solar panels between the Executive Director of IADK Mr. Zenel Bunjaku and SunVolta Energy represented by Valon Sadiku.
Within the framework of the project, support for 50 families who have mountain pastures in the mountains of the Istog and Peja Communes with solar panels, with the aim of supplying electricity, consequently for the development of tourism activities, such as accommodation, food preparation, and storage traditional, meeting the demands of both domestic and foreign tourists.
This activity was carried out within the framework of the project "Transhumance - offer new tourist project of Kosovo and Montenegro" 2-year project (September 2020 – August 2022). The project is funded by the European Union through the IPA II cross-border cooperation program between Montenegro and Kosovo .
