IADK strengthens the "Milkman" training with a practical focus and German expertise

Within the framework of the contract for the service "Providers of training of short-term courses", IADK has continued to implement the training for the qualification "Milkman", advancing the existing program through engagement of international expertise and increased practical focus. 🥛🧀

After completing previous modules by the coaches of IADK, this training cycle was enriched with the contribution of the German expert dairy processing Josef Franz-Xaver Froelich. During the period January 19–21 2026, the expert worked directly with the same group of participants, focused on the practical production of Camembert cheese and soft type cheese Butter (soft cheese). 👨🔬🏭

IADK will continue to implement this training also in the following phases, ensuring professional continuity and the development of sustainable human capacities in the milk processing sector in Kosovo. 📈

This activity is carried out within the framework of the project "Skills" for sustainable employment in Kosovo," funded by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and implemented by the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation and LuxDev, the Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation
