The Initiative for the Development of Agriculture in Kosovo (IADK) has successfully completed two three-day trainings in the field of business management, which were organized after a session preliminary informant with the municipalities of Lipjan and Gračanica. Information session with municipalities ensured a special commitment and full readiness to supported participants throughout the training.
A total of 13 participants took part in the training, six women from the municipality of Lipjan and seven from the municipality of Gračanica, which had the opportunity to advance their knowledge and skills in key areas of business. The trainings included practical topics such as financial management, marketing, human resource management and business plan development.
During the three-day sessions, participants engaged in discussions interactive and practical exercises, which helped them strengthen their capacities for the development of sustainable and successful business ideas. In Upon completion of the trainings, all participants were awarded certificates of participation.
Beyond gaining technical knowledge, these trainings conveyed the message of important that the economic empowerment of women, especially in rural areas, is when they are supported and encouraged to take an active role in building their future.
This activity was carried out within the framework of the project "Seeds of Empowerment: Women in Agriculture", which is implemented by the Jahjaga Foundation and supported by UNMIK.
