Today, on 05.11.2021, the certification ceremony was held of the 10 candidates from the Municipality of Viti, who successfully continued the trainings Professional in the processing sector, in the preparation of confectionery.
Fifteen candidates participated in the organized training, who have been trained both theoretically and practically in the preparation of desserts and in terms of safety during food processing. After 10 candidates have been certified based on the results demonstrated during engagement, evaluation tests, and follow-up of them.
The distribution of certificates was carried out by the Executive Director Mr. Zenel Bunjaku, the Mayor of the Municipality of Viti, Mr. Sokol Haliti, and The Director of the Directorate for Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, Mrs. Arlinda Sahiti, who congratulated the candidates for their dedication and demonstrated success during training in dessert preparation.
Part of the training activity has been the support of one of the candidates with equipment for preparing desserts worth 12,000 €. Therefore, today the contract was signed with the beneficiary Alba Zejnullahu, who will be supported by a line of professional equipment and will to be able to develop her business in the sale of confectionery products.
The Mayor of the Municipality of Viti and the staff of the directorate of agriculture, thanked the organization IADK for carrying out this activity and the ongoing assistance provided by the organization in the Municipality of Viti in support of women and farmers.
This activity is organized within the framework of the project "Improving employment and opportunities for income generation in rural areas of Kosovo" financed by Donor BfdW from Germany and co-financed by the Municipality of Viti.
