On May 16, 2025, the certification ceremony was held for 12 candidates in the training for "Dessert Makers," held within the framework of programs developed by IADK.
These candidates come from the village of Prilluzhë, Vushtrri, and belong to non-majority communities. After upon successful completion of the trainings, they were awarded certificates as proof of the skills acquired in preparing desserts.
The certificates were awarded by the Executive Director of IADK, the engaged trainer in this module, as well as the members of the project team.
This program aims to empower women from non-majority communities through the development of professional skills and the creation of opportunities for self-employment and economic development.
This cooperation is part of the project "Empowering Rural Communities" through Agricultural Development," funded by the Swedish Agency for Development and International Cooperation (SIDA) and represented by the Embassy Swedish in Kosovo. The project funds are managed by the Danish Council for Refugees (DRC), while its implementation is carried out by the Development Initiative of Agriculture of Kosovo (IADK]).
