The organization "Initiative for the Development of Agriculture of Kosovo" (IADK), in partnership with USAID Kosovo Compete Activity, is implementing the project "Enhancing Skills Development in the Food Processing Sector in Kosovo." This project aims to address skills mismatches and the shortage of qualified labor in the food processing sector by enhancing the professional capacities of youth, women, and men through training on the fruit and vegetable processing profile. After the training, candidates will have the opportunity to engage with companies that have expressed interest in cooperation.
Training and practical demonstration will be held at the IADK facilities and in accordance with the topics and equipment available to the participating companies on their premises. The program will last 20 days and will have 6 credits (120 hours of instruction) per group. Modules will be selected in coordination with companies from the industry, based on their needs.
IADK invites all interested parties to apply for continuation of the training by 28.04.2023 at 16:00.
Qualification criteria:
a) Be over 18 years old
b) To be unemployed and active in employment offices (for job seekers)
c) To be ready to participate throughout the entire training
d) Priority will be given to candidates who are within the municipalities where the selected companies operate.
