From November 14 to 16, 2024, the organization IADK conducted a study visit to Bogë, aiming to build staff capacities in addressing gender challenges and promoting women's inclusion in the labor market. The activity took place within the framework of the project "Improving Employment and Income Generation Opportunities in Rural Areas of Kosovo," funded by the German donor BfdW.
During this visit, participants took part in the training: "Promoting Women's Inclusion Towards Gender Equality in the Labor Market in Kosovo: Challenges and Opportunities for Social Cohesion." The training emphasized the importance of education, women's economic inclusion, and the use of inclusive language. Participants shared concrete ideas for projects that help women have a greater role in decision-making and economic development.
IADK continues to work towards creating equal opportunities for all and supports the empowerment of marginalized groups.
