IADK, together with trainers trained in MCR (Managing Climate Resilience) from German Sparkassenstiftung Albania in Albania, successfully organized a three-day training for our farmers. This training uses innovative business simulations to improve the sustainability of small farmers and agricultural entrepreneurs.
Our main goal?
To empower farmers to effectively adapt to climate change, to have access to significant financial opportunities, and ultimately, to improve their quality of life.
Here is what we are achieving together:
Raising awareness about the realities of climate change and its impact on the environment.
Assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of different adaptation measures.
Identifying the most appropriate measures for each specific farm context.
Exploring opportunities to access and mobilize financial resources.
Emphasizing the importance of continuous risk management and developing actionable strategies to address them. Together, we are building a more sustainable farming community, ready to face tomorrow's challenges!
