With the aim of building the capacities of staff in the sector processing of IADK for the implementation of professional training in the programs of accredited as "Dairy" and "Preservative of fruits, vegetables, and similar" the organization IADK has engaged 3 German experts from the organization "Senior Experten Service" (Dr. Phil, Josef Fröhlich, Dipl.oek. troph. Luise Keßler, Prof. Dr. Friedrich-Karl Lücke) who will share their experiences with the staff of IADK as well as the groups of candidates who are continuing trainings in accredited programs.
The engaged experts come from different profiles than the food processing sector, where during their stay they were informed about activities carried out by the organization IADK, its beneficiaries, farmers, collection and processing points.
