IADK is conducting training with the first, second, and third groups of 45 training beneficiaries from Mitrovica South and Shtime in the course "Business Services Managers and administration" at the Vocational Training Center in Mitrovica at South and Ferizaj. The course particularly focuses on capacity building from analyzing the business idea up to opening or starting the business, which will I influence the growth of jobs.
The training lasts ten days and At the end of the training, trainees are tested and certified with a certificate of recognized by APRK-MPMS. Additionally, certified trainees will have the opportunity to continue in the next steps of potential support in obtaining grants.
This activity is carried out within the framework of the project "Support for the employment of youth and women in the rural through agricultural development", a two-year project (2020-2022) funded by the European Union Office in Kosovo.
