IADK contributes to gaining work experience for students!
[NT2]], again this year, is conducting a practical program for students in the agriculture and food technology direction. Through this program, two groups of students (a total of 30 students) have completed a 5-day training to develop soft skills that will help them enter the labor market more easily.
In addition to training and certification, selected students will be placed in practical work in private companies engaged in agricultural production and agro-processing. The three-month internship in these companies will enable them to gain new professional experiences and increase employment opportunities.
This activity was implemented within the framework of the project "Improving employment and income generation opportunities in rural areas of Kosovo," a three-year project (2023-2025]), funded by the donor Bread for the World (BfdW) from Germany.
