32 recipients of grants for self-employment and start-ups are selected

Përzgjedhen 32 përfitues të granteve për vetëpunësim dhe start-up

32 beneficiaries of self-employment and start-up grants from South Mitrovica and Shtime have been selected, who have successfully completed the "self-employment" course at vocational training centers in Mitrovica and Ferizaj and have applied with a business plan for their ideas.

Based on the criteria set out in the project, the 32 selected beneficiaries earned the opportunity to be financially supported with grants worth €3,000 (self-employment) and €5,000 (start-up). The application deadline for applicants from South Mitrovica was June 17, 2021, while for applicants from Shtime, it was June 22, 2021. In total, 44 applicants competed who also successfully completed the "self-employment" course.

The table below presents the applicants and the points earned by each applicant. All applicants who have scored above 60 points are proposed potential beneficiaries for support; however, the number of final grant beneficiaries is limited by the available funds, and for this reason, candidates with the highest scores are selected as beneficiaries.

Applicants who have scored above 60 points are invited to come to the offices of IADK in Lower Sfaraçat in Vushtrri by July 2, 2021, to define in detail the proposed packages that will be purchased and donated to the beneficiaries.

This activity is carried out within the framework of the project "Support for the employment of youth and women in rural areas through agricultural development," a two-year project ([NT0]]) funded by the European Union Office in Kosovo.
