IADK within the framework of support activities with grants for youth, who have sought support in establishing greenhouses for vegetable cultivation, the planned supplies for the greenhouse packages for the beneficiaries of the project in the municipalities of Vushtrri, Skenderaj, Shtime, and Kamenica. For the beneficiaries of 24 greenhouses (23 with an area of 200m², and 1 with an area of 240m²), except irrigation system and some other accompanying inputs, have also been carried out supplies of spinach seeds, shallots, and lettuce seedlings, depending on demand while 23 of them have also been supplied with a motor cultivator-tiller, with the aim of cultivating the land for vegetable cultivation to the highest quality. The youth will also be accompanied by direct advice on vegetable cultivation techniques and the rational exploitation of greenhouses, with the aim of generating as much revenue as possible high from this activity.
The activity was supported within the framework of the project "Improving employment and opportunities for income generation in rural areas of Kosovo", supported by the donor BfdW from Germany and partner municipalities.
