IADK through projects of has supported young people in rural areas so that they can become skilled and practice their professions with the most important assistance that can be offered to them, that is, with appropriate guidance and professionalism in the agricultural sector.
To discuss about the inclusion of young people in the labor market within the agricultural sector a roundtable was organized, attended by the Executive Director of IADK, representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, representatives of the directorates of agriculture, culture, youth, and sports, representatives of employment offices, representatives of the youth assembly, and active youth organizations.
During the discussion with him attendees and panelists were assessed as urgently needing coordination. of actors from Ministries, Municipal Directorates, Employment Offices, and youth representatives to enable access and information as well as young people from rural areas within the framework of numerous projects that support their involvement in the agriculture and food processing sectors.
