On 06.11.2024, the inauguration ceremony of the new milk processing unit, "The Tradition of Bjeshka Cheese," led by Luljeta Hoxha, was held in the Municipality of Drenas.
This support was made possible after professional training conducted by IADK, where in-depth knowledge was acquired about cheese and other dairy product production, as well as hygiene practices and the use of professional equipment.
This activity was carried out within the framework of the project "Improving Employment and Income Generation Opportunities in the Rural Areas of Kosovo," supported by the German donor Brot für die Welt and implemented in cooperation with the Municipality of Drenas.
