IADK ka successfully completed the distribution of essential equipment for participating women in the training program in the food processing sector. Equipment of Distributed supports two modules:

During in this phase, IADK trained four groups of women from the municipalities of Vushtrri, Obiliq, Mitrovica and Lipjan. Each group attended five days of training, which included two a day of theory and three days of practical work. The training equipped the women with knowledge and new skills, helping them to become economically empowered and by supporting the development of their small-scale production activities.
This The activity aims to increase self-employment opportunities, to strengthen the role of women in community and support the creation of sustainable development models local economy.
This cooperation is part of the project "Empowering Rural Communities through Agricultural Development," funded by the Swedish Development Agency. and International Cooperation (SIDA) and represented by the Swedish Embassy in Kosovo. The project funds are managed by the Danish Refugee Council (DRC), while its implementation will be carried out by the Agricultural Development Initiative of Kosovo (IADK).
