IADK ka përfunduar me sukses trajnimin 3-ditor “Menaxhimi i Reziliencës ndaj Ndryshimeve Klimatike” me pjesëmarrës nga Lipjani dhe Mitrovica

The trainings have provided a broad theoretical and practical knowledge base on innovative techniques for adapting to climate change, managing natural resources, and sustainable development of agricultural businesses.
💡 The program was structured with a balanced combination of theory and practice, creating an interactive environment where participants felt engaged, motivated, and ready to apply the knowledge they had gained.
One of the most distinctive elements of this training was the use of innovative methodology, including the educational game "Climate Change Resilience Management."
🎲 Although participants faced initial challenges adapting to this new approach, they valued the game as extremely effective in understanding complex climate sustainability concepts and developing practical decision-making skills.
🎯 This training has contributed to raising awareness, strengthening capacities, and preparing to face climate challenges in the agricultural sector and beyond.
