The organization "Initiative for Development of Agriculture of Kosovo" (IADK]), is implementing the project "Empowering Youth and Women from Rural Areas through inclusion in agriculture and food processing" three-year project (2021-2023]), supported by the Swiss donor CFD. The project will include municipalities: Vushtrri, Mitrovica, Shime and Lipjan, which are partners in the project.
The project has with the aim of improving employability by creating opportunities for as well as providing suitable conditions for generating income through grant support in agriculture. After the completion of the training, then young people should propose innovative ideas to apply for support opportunities with grants, which ultimately aim at employment and income generation.
Within the framework of A total of five (5) training days have been conducted with young people from the municipalities of Lipjan and Vushtrri, on topics about agricultural production techniques, preparation of business plans and business management.
Therefore, candidates/young people from the municipalities of Vushtrri and Lipjan who with have successfully attended the trainings within the framework of the project "Empowering Youth and Women from Rural Areas through inclusion in agriculture and food processing" to apply for agricultural support grants.
THE CRITERIA FOR GRANT SUPPORT ARE AS FOLLOWS:
a) The proposed idea impacts the generation of income and employment;
b) The proposed idea addresses environmental issues;
c) A new innovative idea for agriculture;
d) They have successfully completed the training;
e) Young people who are ready to acquire skills agricultural;
f) Must meet the conditions to engage in agriculture (land, water, labor force)
g) Young people who are ready co-finance the proposed idea.
Application/business form plan can be obtained at the offices of IADK] and the agricultural offices in the municipalities of Vushtrri and Lipjan, or you can request them to the email: behare.mlinakuu@gmail.com or behare.mlinaku@iadk.org. The application must be submitted to the offices of IADK or the agricultural offices in the respective municipalities and also in the above-mentioned email.
Applications/business plans must be submitted by the date 11.06.2021 at 4:00 PM.
