Between October 14-16, the staff of IADK took part of a three-day training focused on capacity building for the integration of gender perspective (Gender Mainstreaming) in all the organization's projects and programs.
The training was conducted by expert Donjeta Morina, which, through interactive lectures, discussions, and practical work, helped the staff of IADK to deepen their knowledge about gender equality and ways concrete implementation of it in daily work.
IADK make continuous efforts to ensuring that the principle of gender equality is integrated into every field of our activity.
