Within the framework of the activity for services "Providers of training of short-term courses," economic trainings were held for the candidates in the qualification "Fruit preservatives, vegetables and similar"; a training aimed at offering candidates in increasing leadership capacity, financial knowledge, and market awareness.
The training was attended by 13 participants and is carried out by coaches of IADK, ensuring high quality teaching and full compliance with the requirements related to leadership, access to finance, business ideas, preparation of donor applications, microfinance institutions, banks, dairy product marketing, and soft skills (preparing a CV, cover letter, interviews, etc.). Development of adapted soft skills will strengthen self-confidence, leadership, and the decision-making capacity of women.
This activity is carried out within the framework of the project "Skills" for sustainable employment in Kosovo," funded by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and implemented by the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation and LuxDev, the Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation.
