The opening of the ceremony was made by the Executive Director of IADK, Mr. Zenel Bunjaku, while the Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Lipjan, Mr. Diamant Bytyçi, the women's representative Ms. Hyra Bytyçi, and the grantee, Ms. Lumnije Qarri, greeted the attendees with opening remarks.
