IADK has successfully completed the 3-day training “Climate Change Resilience Management” with participants from Lipjan and Mitrovica
The training provided a comprehensive foundation of theoretical and practical knowledge on innovative techniques for adapting to climate change, natural resource management, and sustainable agricultural business development.
💡 The program was designed with a balanced combination of theory and hands-on practice, creating an interactive environment where participants felt engaged, motivated, and ready to apply the newly acquired skills.
One of the most distinctive elements of this training was the use of innovative methodologies, including the educational game “Managing Climate Change Resilience”.
🎲 Although participants initially faced challenges in adapting to this new learning approach, they ultimately found it highly effective for understanding complex climate resilience concepts and developing practical decision-making skills.
🎯 This training contributed to increased awareness, strengthened capacities, and better preparation to address climate-related challenges within the agricultural sector and beyond.
Together, we are building a more sustainable future.
This activity was organized within the framework of the project “Empowering women, men and youth living in economically challenging rural areas, to establish sustainable livelihoods through agricultural and food processing activities” funded by the Swiss donor FRIEDA.
