From October 14–16, the staff of IADK participated in a three-day training focused on strengthening capacities for the integration of gender perspectives (Gender Mainstreaming) across all projects and programs of the organization.

The training was delivered by expert Donjeta Morina, who, through interactive lectures, discussions, and practical work, helped IADK staff deepen their understanding of gender equality and the concrete ways to implement it in their daily work.

IADK continuously strives to ensure that the principle of gender equality is integrated into every area of our activities.

This activity was organized by IADK, with the support of FRIEDA.
