IADK, in collaboration with Senior Experten Service (SES) from Germany, has organized a series of field visits for livestock farmers, who have been supported by IADK through current and previous projects, as well as with representatives from dairies, milk collection points, agricultural traders and veterinarians. 

Mr. Petri is an experienced agricultural engineer, focused on the livestock sector and specialized in ruminant nutrition. With over 30 years of professional experience, he has worked in various positions in the animal feed industry, including designing ration formulations, advising clients, managing factories, and overseeing sales management. He has also contributed to the development of digital concepts for poultry farming and led global sales management in the animal feed industry at Evonik Industries. 

He has led these visits with the clear aim of improving the professional skills of farmers and enhancing their capacities by offering his help through technical advice and innovative strategies. These include the application of digitalization tools for easier farm control and management, the use of programs for balancing the cattle rations, proper management of manure from the barn, as well as the application of other techniques that are part of the production chain. All of these are focused on increasing productivity and improving quality in dairy farms, ensuring better results and more efficient farm management." 

Through the support of IADK and international experts, an excellent opportunity has been created for enhancing professional capacities and improving the livestock sector, which is one of the most important sectors for the economic development of the country."
