The Kosovo Agricultural Development Initiative (IADK) is a non-governmental organization engaged in creating a more developed socio-economic environment in rural areas by supporting agricultural activities, reintegrating returnees, alleviating poverty, reducing imports, promoting good agricultural practices, reducing unemployment by including all social groups without distinction of religion, ethnicity, or gender
IADK is implementing the project "Empowerment of women, men, and youth living in rural areas facing economic challenges, to create sustainable livelihoods through agricultural activities and food processing" funded by the donor Frieda – The Feminist Peace Organization, where the overall objective of the project will focus on the following issues:
- the rise of the professional capacities of women/men and youth
- empowerment of women/men and youth towards income generation
- Integration of women/men and youth in socio-economic activities through creating links with relevant actors from the public and private sectors

Description of work:
Project Manager In this project commitment, it will have the overall responsibility for the successful implementation of the above-mentioned project in coordination with the Director Executive of IADK. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Duties and responsibilities
• Manages and coordinates the overall implementation of the project, including the project staff and experts
• Identifies deficiencies and proposes interventions suitable for achieving the project objectives.
• Actively coordinates communications with donors, partners and other project stakeholders.
• Regularly conducts monitoring on The project beneficiaries use monitoring data for reporting to donors and other interested parties.
• Participates in meetings within IADK and the staff of by contributing to addressing issues with the aim of achieving objectives of the project.
Qualifications and main competencies:
- Diploma completed at least a bachelor's degree (preferably science social), or similar fields.
- Two years work experience (preferably with women's empowerment) experience in implementing funded projects from donors.
- To have knowledge in using the Microsoft Office suite.
- Good skills communicative and in written Albanian and English, while recognition of the Serbian language is recommended.
- To have a category B driver's license and driving experience in rural areas
- To have knowledge about the economic situation and demands of women/groups of women living in rural areas, experience in addressing women's demands with the aim of their inclusion in economic – agricultural activities.
- Ready to moved according to project needs
- To have to consider and understand the concept of (un)gender equality and its consequences for the target population of the project
- To have in mind the current gender discourse in Kosovo as well as in cooperation international and be able to translate it into measures in work with Target groups
- Age up to 45 years old
