Diora Kastrati, a graduate in Food Technology and Biotechnology from the University of Prishtina, began her career through a 3-month internship program organized by IADK.
After a soft skills training, Diora Kastrati completed her professional internship at the company Trepharm, where she was mainly engaged in laboratory work. She played an important role in the safety and quality analyses of products, contributing to compliance with international standards. Today, Diora is employed at Trepharm thanks to the acquisition of professional skills during the internship.
