IADK and the Municipality of Lipjan have signed contracts with 26 beneficiaries from this region, aiming to strengthen agricultural and economic activity.
This support aims to generate income and self-employment opportunities for the beneficiaries. Beneficiaries have received various agricultural equipment, including greenhouses, machinery, and tools for beekeeping and livestock farming.
This assistance is particularly focused on Roma, Ashkali, and Egyptian groups, as well as minorities and marginalized groups.
This cooperation is part of the project "Empowering Rural Communities through Agricultural Development," funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and represented by the Swedish Embassy in Kosovo. The project funds are managed by the Danish Refugee Council, while its implementation will be carried out by the Kosovo Agriculture Development Initiative ([NT1]]).
