On 16.12.2021, the inauguration ceremony of
the unit for preparing the desserts "Alba's Cakes" to the beneficiary Alba
Zejnullahu in the village of Ramjan in the Municipality of Viti. This support has been achieved
after successful follow-up and evaluation during professional training in
the preparation of sweets made by the organization IADK.
Alba's Cakes has been supported with a grant worth 12,000.00 Euros with professional equipment to prepare various
which will facilitate the work and enable quality products
and secure in the local market. To facilitate market access and the sale of
its products IADK has supported with barcodes for 100 products and the design
of labels for 5 different desserts.
The beneficiary of professional equipment, Alba Zejnullahu, has
expressed that her passion has always been cooking sweet products
especially sweets with various decorations and cookies, where he thanks IADK for the support provided by enabling the realization of one of
her dreams.
Alba says, "Every product prepared at Alba's Cakes
special care will be given to ensure that every bite creates moments of happiness for you through taste and impressive decorations."
The Executive Director of IADK, Mr. Bunjaku, and the Chairman of
Mr. Haliti expressed their willingness during the ceremony to
continue supporting women and girls in the coming years in the sector of
processing and agriculture.
This activity was carried out within the framework of the project "Improvement
employment and opportunities for income generation in rural areas of
Kosovo," supported by the German donor "Brot für die Welt" in
in cooperation with the Municipality of Viti.
