On the date 10.06.2021, the ceremony was held inaugurator of the processing unit of the milk "Bon Appetit" from the village of Lubishtë, Viti Municipality.
This processing unit was established within the framework of the project "Improving employment and opportunities for income generation in the rural areas of Kosovo" financed by Brot für die Welt in cooperation with the Municipality of Vitisë.
At the beginning of the ceremony, the Executive Director of IADK, Zenel Bunjaku, has congratulations to Ms. Afërdita Ademi for her willingness and work relentlessly in processing dairy products in her business "Bon "Appetite."
Furthermore, The Mayor of Viti, Sokol Haliti, I thank IADK that now, alongside it, the citizens of the Municipality will be able to are served with fresh local products, which greatly contributes to the economy of the country.
Meanwhile, Ms. Afërdita Ademi sincerely thanked the professional staff of IADK for opportunity, advice given, and ongoing guidance, as well as for support with the grant for the establishment of this unit for milk processing
The grant value is 12,000.00 Euros, which includes all the equipment of necessary for milk processing and ensuring compliance with the rules from the receipt of the raw material to the final product. Despite equipment, IADK also contributed in terms of marketing and genuine development of the business by ensuring that the milk processing unit has a unique logo and 5 labels for the products Yogurt, Cheese, Kumshtë, Buter, and Ricotta, etc. Also, 100 barcodes have been secured by the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce to sell the products in various markets.
