On the date 22.01.2025, IADK signed a cooperation agreement with the company Fatmir R Tahiri B.I. from Novolani, Vushtrri, to strengthen the agricultural and economic sector. This partnership aims to increase revenues, expand production capacities, and stimulate employment.
During 2025, IADK will strengthen this cooperation with the company, which mainly operates in potato cultivation. Advanced production techniques and the promotion of local products will be supported. A special focus will be given to the inclusion of the Roma, Ashkali, and Egyptian communities, facilitating their integration into the labor market.
This cooperation was carried out within the framework of the project "Empowering Rural Communities through Agricultural Development," funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and represented by the Embassy of Sweden in Pristina. The project funds are managed by the Danish Refugee Council, while its implementation will be carried out by the Kosovo Agriculture Development Initiative (IADK).
