IADK continues with building the capacities of the organization's staff through training provided by the donor Brot für die Welt. Recognizing the importance of skill development, The staff of IADK continued attending the three-day trainings offered by expert Ms. Britta Schweighöfer.
Knowledge gained will impact the professionalization of the staff regarding design, monitoring and measurement of project results, will also impact the preparation of new projects for the development of the agricultural sector.
This activity was carried out within the framework of the project "Improving employment and opportunities for income generation in rural areas of Kosovo," supported by donor Brot für die Welt.
